62121iv-10 ~ the "iv" stands for "insulin vial". This is a marketing slogan only - historically, a 10ml insulin vial had a 13mm crimp finish to facilitate the use of smaller hypodermic needles.
BE CAREFUL - these are not the same as 62113U-10 which measure 24x50mm with a 13mm crimp (potentially discontinued)
