TRADITIONAL STERILE VIAL TRAY
The traditional open sterile vial tray have glass vials packed in a tray with a glass-against-glass arrangement (see below).
While the above sterile vial tray packaging arrangement has been adequate for most of our customers, this traditional glass-on-glass packaging arrangement bears the risk of cosmetic imperfections and damage during packaging, transit and storage. To help minimize these risks while remaining in compliance with USP standards, QCVIALZ has introduced a new line of open sterile glass vials in an alveolar nested vial tray configuration.
NESTED STERILE VIAL TRAY PACKAGING
Our new offering of nested sterile vials eliminates glass-against-glass packaging risks using a unique alveolar style tray (see below image)
The above image shows the unique nested vial tray design (alveolar tray design) that eliminates glass-against-glass issues normally found in a standard open sterile vial tray. As an added feature, the number of vials per tray is reduced, providing an added cost savings convenience over traditional sterile vial tray packaging.
