These generic, low cost plain flip cap 20mm vial seals are for serum vials with a standard 20mm crimp finish. A 20mm crimp finish vial will have a 13mm hole opening x 20mm outside rim diameter.
These are not intended for professional assembly use, but rather can be used for prototype development, simulation packaging for nurse practitioner training, still photography advertising displays, etc.
