High quality USA manufactured item that is for use on serum vials that have a 13mm hole opening and 20mm outer rim diameter (20mm crimp finish). This type of aluminum vial seal has a center perforation that removes to expose a rubber stopper (sold separately) to dispense vial contents using a syringe.
