20mm Crimp Free Press-On Vial Seals, pack of 10

These crimp free, press-on vial seals can be used on 20mm crimp serum vials (vials and stoppers sold separately). Eliminates the need for expensive crimpers when you only need a secure seal on a small number of sample vials.

1). Simply insert a 20mm stopper into your vial of choice (both sold separately)

2). Firmly press these seals into position by pressing around the complete circumference of the top seal so that the inner flanges tuck securely under the crimp-lip of the vial (see the various images above).

3). DONT WORRY if it doesnt go on straight at first. If one side goes down first, simply press the other side until the entire seal is level and flush on the stopper and vial. Continue pressing all the way around the outer circumference of the plastic seal.

4). The press-on seal should be level on the surface of the stopper and uniform in position all the way down the side of the vial neck when securely in position.

Autoclavable at 115-120 Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
