This vial has the approximate dimensions of an ISO 2R amber open sterile vials at 15.95mm x 35mm (Vs ISO 2R dimension of 16x35mm), with a 13mm crimp finish.
Washed, ETO sterilized and Ready to Use (RTU), 15.95x35mm, USP Type 1 amber borosilicate glass vials, in unique “protective nested sleeve” ( smaller, shorter nested tray style ) tray of 100 pieces. This unique “protection sleeve” design helps to prevent damages and cosmetic defects during transportation to your laboratory.
Convenient smaller tray count of 100 vials is ideal for smaller batch sizes and compliance with USP <797> requirements for Compounded Sterile Preparations (CSPs) that require sterility testing ( </= to 250 final yield units ).
DESIGNED for manual fills in a cleanroom environment or a laminar flow hood using a manual pipet technique.
NOT validated and NOT intended for use in automated robotic filling machinery.
